Fathers Day

Two weeks ago my child was seriously the devil for about a week. I took her to the doctor and they told me nothing was wrong (liars!)jp lol...turned out it was carrots making my child be crazy. We cut out the carrots and now my little angel is back! The whole reason I told this story was because after a week of Channing being bad I was going crazy and my sweet friends Megan and Mary Jo went with me to the pool to help me get out of the house before I went insane. They endured Channing crying the whole time and let me have a little break. Thanks guys : ) Thanks Auntie Megan for enduring this cranky child and sacrificing your outfit to help : )

I bought her three pairs of sunglasses at Gymborees sale this is one pair. Channing doesn't touch her bows or bracelets because shes been wearing them since she came out of the womb but she hasn't mastered wearing sunglasses yet

Every day before Channing goes down for a nap or for bed time we go for a walk to the dog park and play with the doggies, swing on the swings, let her practice walking around, and then go to our favorite bench and she plays on that for a little while...i took some pictures on our outing today...we have to put shoes on now that she likes to practice walking (these were her cousins thanks huffman fam and mary jo for her outfit)

Kylee came over and was playing with us and watched swan princess (i forgot about all those old movies)

Happy Fathers Day! We got Daddy a organizer so he can organize his mail stack that drives mommy crazy, a canvas of all three of us (that really mrs. trish gave us but i didn't let david see it and gave it to him as part of his gift lol..thanks mrs. trish!!!!), a bow tie (I've been wanting him to get one for forever ) a father daughter book , three sets of socks so he doesn't have to be stingy with his socks and not let me wear them lol, a foot print set, a key chain that we made with channing toe prints, and a sweet letter.

Channing and I made glueten free pancakes for daddy and had sugar free syrup (flavored with agave nector) they were really good!



I didn't get a picture of Daddy and Chan on fathers day but I did get one of us ...Happy Fathers Day we love you David (Daddy)

Last weekend we went to one of Davids close friends from school "Goose"'s wedding . We had soooo much fun at this wedding, we hung out with great friends, danced the night away, and my friend Maria watched Channing for us so David and I could enjoy ourselves. (Thanks Maria your amazing!).

Channing has now started crawling!!! The only problem is she only can go backwards right now hahah. She was playing on the ground and I was trying to get her to come forward so I put something she wanted right in front of her and she tried so hard to get it and ended up across the room. Poor girl...

My little Carolina Cutie playing with Daddy before bed time and playing on her new favorite toy the red wall. We have to lather vaseline all over Channing before she goes to bed (that is why she looks so greasy and thanks Mollie and fam for the onsie!!!)

Soooo I was REALLY dumb and decided I should cut Colbys hair so he wouldn't be hot in this 5000 degree weather. It probably would have been an ok idea if I had dog clippers, buttt I didn't so I used scissors and ended up giving him holes all over him. : ( He looked so bad and strangers are afraid to touch him or go near him because they think he has mange. My poor poor puppy.My little helperHe looked so bad that I ran to Petsmart and bought him shavers. David helped me the next day and we spent hours trying to make it look presentable for when I gave him back to Mom and Dad. (It didn't help). When we gave Colby back to Dad we were sitting down for lunch and in the prayer he prayed that Colbys hair would grow back hahah. I have learned my lesson...enough said...

The next day we went to my nieces Carolines one year old birthday party. It was so fun to see Channing play with her cousins she doesn't get to see them very much but she loves them. It is so funny to see them next to each other because boo is a chunky monkey and Caroline is so petite. Channing is almost 6 months old and weighs 3 pounds more than Caroline and wears a larger diaper size.

Noah is behind her he played with her most of the party it was so sweet. I remember when he was just born he was always my little love bug.

Saturday Gymboree was having a HUGE sale where tights were 90 cents and most hats and accessories ranged from 90 cents to 2 dollars. I went crazy and bought Chan so many cute things. Yay one of the things was this red headband. Channing loves to drink out of big girl cups.
